Simply sign up online www.liveinlakewood.ca, watch your email and our social media for the weekly clues, submit your answers every week and you’ll be one step closer for a chance to play for $50k!*
The Adventure Begins!
Starting May 22nd, a new clue or riddle will be unveiled weekly, on social media, our website, our builders websites and by email to those that sign up. Sharpen your detective skills and find the answers to the weekly clues.

How To Claim Your Treasure!
- Sign Up: go to www.liveinlakewood.ca, click on the $50k Challenge, complete the google form with your information.
- Crack the Clues: Each week, a new clue will be added to the google form and emailed to all participants that sign up
- Submit Your Answers: Prove your sleuthing skills by correctly answering all the clues.
- Attend the Events: Get a chance to win daily prizes and top secret info at our exclusive Lakewood bashes!
- Become a Finalist: Be one of the lucky 15 randomly chosen to take a shot at the grand prize!
- A Chance At $50k: Compete among the final 5 and a chance to walk away with a life-changing $50,000 towards your new Lakewood home!*
Official Rules & Regulations
- "Lakewood’s 5 Chances to Win $50k Challenge" campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is open to legal residents of Alberta, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participants must be considering purchasing a home in the Lakewood community.
- If you are a winner of the $50k Challenge, you must be entered into a purchase agreement with one of our preferred builders to buy or build a home from or with them in phase 2A of the community; Winchester Builders, Kelly Kustom Homes, Dhaduk Homes, or Trilogy Homes, in order to qualify to receive the funds towards your new home.
- If you are a winner of the $50k, you will have a maximum of 6 months to apply your winnings with one of the preferred builders.
- Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Lakewood of Strathmore and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
Prizes
- Fifteen (15) total Participants will be randomly selected as finalists for a chance to win prizes.
- 10 of these finalists will randomly be selected for runner up prizes; (2) 65" TV’s, (2) Weekend passes to Strathmore Stampede, (2) VIP passes to Globalfest, (2) Strathmore Annual Family Recreational Memberships, (2) $100 Visa Gift Cards.
- Five (5) grand finalists will be selected, via a random drawing from the 15 previous Participants, to play for a chance at $50,000 CAD each and on their own, via a sanctioned game as provided by Pal Insurance. See full rules for details.
- The $50k prize, if won, will be awarded as a contribution towards the development/cost of the winner's new home purchased or being built, in the Lakewood community in phase 2A. See full rules for details.
- The winner will be notified via email and phone within seven (7) days after the end of the Campaign.
- The winner must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- The $50k prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
- The $50k prize must be used with a bonified purchase agreement with one of the Preferred Builders: Kelly Kustom Homes, Dhaduk Homes, Winchester Builders, Trilogy Homes.

- Lakewood of Strathmore reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules and Regulations or acts in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
- Lakewood of Strathmore reserves the right to modify or cancel the Campaign at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
- By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lakewood of Strathmore and its affiliated companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Campaign or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
- This Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
